Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Food products with a short shelf life
- Chilled or temperature-sensitive products
- Sealed food items once opened for health or hygiene reasons
This includes products such as cheese and other refrigerated goods.
For other products, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
How to Exercise Your Right
Notify us within 14 days via email, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
Returns
Returns must be approved by us in advance.
You are responsible for return shipping and ensuring safe return of goods.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
For payments made via Klarna, refunds are handled in accordance with Klarna’s terms.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the full order is returned.
Complaints
If goods are damaged or defective, contact us without delay.
For food products, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours.
