How are chilled products shipped?
Chilled items are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs.
What should I consider when ordering chilled products?

What happens if I don’t collect my package?
We cannot guarantee product quality if the parcel is not collected on time.
Uncollected parcels will be charged for shipping, return shipping, and handling.

No, most food products (especially chilled items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
What if a product is damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible and include photos.
