Shipping Options

We offer delivery through DHL service point (Pick up your order from your nearest DHL service point. Find it here www.servicepointinrikes.se!). 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Chargable weight
• Delivery address
• Selected carrier

Up till 5kg = 99,90kr, 5,1 till 10kg = 139,90kr, 10,1 till 20kg = 159,90kr

We offer free shipping for all orders above 999kr

NOTE! For chilled products there is an extra cost 69kr (flat rate for all orders, even if they exceed the free shipping limit that covers the extra cost of thermo bag, ice pack and the extra weight)

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on destination and selected carrier. Delivery time for Sweden is normally 1-2 days

Please note that delivery times (if shown at checkout) are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

Important Information for Chilled Products (e.g. cheese)

Chilled products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.

Important:

• You must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt
• The parcel must be collected without delay
• Products must be checked immediately upon arrival

Limitation of Liability:

We ensure that products leave our facility in proper condition.

We cannot guarantee the cold chain after:

• the parcel has been handed over to the carrier
• delivery has been completed
• the parcel is not collected on time

We are not responsible for quality deterioration caused by delays, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect customer information.

Uncollected Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the specified time.

For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge:

• Shipping cost
• Return shipping cost
• Handling fee

The fee corresponds to our actual costs (minimum 250 SEK).

Uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
