General
These terms apply to purchases made via our Shopify-based online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms. The applicable version is the one published at the time of purchase.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK including VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We offer payment via card, direct payment, and invoice/installments in cooperation with Klarna.
Klarna’s terms apply where relevant.

Delivery and Geographic Scope
We deliver within Sweden and may offer delivery to other EU countries.

For EU deliveries:

• The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details
• Local food regulations may apply in the destination country
• Delivery times may vary

We reserve the right to restrict shipment of chilled products to certain countries.

Chilled and Perishable Products
Chilled items are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.

Important:

• The customer must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt
• The package must be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival

We cannot guarantee the cold chain after the goods have been handed over to the carrier or delivered.

We are not responsible for quality deterioration caused by delays, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect customer information.

Liability for Food Deliveries
We ensure that goods leave our facility in proper condition.

For temperature-sensitive goods, our responsibility ends when:

• the goods are handed over to the carrier, or
• delivery has been completed according to the selected method

Uncollected Shipments
We reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, and handling for uncollected parcels.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control.
